Do not go to ntb:
I went to NTB in Crestwood to buy wheels from them and have them installed. They did not have them in stock but did at a different store, I could set an appointment and they would have them ready to install. I set an appointment for Friday to have them installed at 8am (it was monday). Appointment comes around and they have never even picked them up. I wait until 12 when they said they would call me to have them installed, they never call. At 1 I call THEM and they still aren't there yet.
Finally after getting them installed, I notice a shake on the highway. I inspect the wheels to find NOT ONE has a weight on it. I payed for a balance, and they never balanced them. I go back and they "balance" them for free. They never call me even though I am walking around waiting for them and can clearly see that the car was finished and sitting in the lot. The shake returns. I notice that only two tires have weights now.
I go to rotate the tires (they were the ones that were on my original wheels). I get to the front wheel and the nuts are so cross threaded on the wheel studs that two studs break off. I bring it to NTB and they fix it for me. 2 weeks later I have a flat, go to take off the tire and TWO MORE studs are cross threaded and break off. I NEVER HAVE EVER had that problem my whole life.
I decide to forgo NTB and look for studs myself to fix them, at this point I want nothing to do with these idiots. After spending a night driving to parts stores trying to find the right size studs I end up back at NTB to have THEM give me the studs. They say they can't get them till the next morning. Next morning 7am I call and they say parts guy isnt in until 8. I wait. I call back at 11 after not hearing anything from them. They don't have them. Finally at 1230 I get a call from them and I go pick up the studs. They are the wrong size....
FINALLY I track down the right set of studs, go to put them on and the spline that seats the stud strips. NOW I have to purchase a new wheel hub at the cost of $90.
