Horrible!! 0 stars if i could. I have been going back and fourth with this store since January third when I returned a tablet to there store within the 14 day policy. Then they never canceled the services for the tablet nor did they mark it as returned. when i reached I have reached out to the store but they were always to busy to speak to me on the phone, so i reached out to the headquarters which said i would have to wait till the tablet was return to there warehouse before the could mark it returned and due to the holidays it would take longer. which makes NO sense!! So two months later i am waiting for my refund on a tablet i returned in a timely manner. I also been charge a early termination fee ( i returned the tablet and cancel within the guidelines) I was also being charge monthly services fees for a tablet i didn't have. I also reach out to sprint for help several times which they didn't want to get involved since i didn't buy if from a sprint retailer . Might I just sat I was also fooled to thinking i was at a sprint located because there was nothing showing to the contrary. BUYER BEWARE!!
