That mysterious "big name chef" promised by The Verb Hotel, which opens today near Fenway? They weren't lying. Tim and Nancy Cushman of O Ya will open a new restaurant called Hojoko at the hotel this fall, reports Boston Magazine. It will be "fun and funky," a "high-energy izakaya." Is the name a play on the hotel's former life as a HoJo's?
