Watch Them Carefully!:
I visited this office on a Sunday morning for the treatment of an ear infection. The doctor prescribed antibiotic ear drops which would be "at the pharmacy in 45 minutes." Three hours later and there is no prescription. I called the office which is already closed and there is no answering service on call. I called several local pharmacies, in case a mistake was made. Now I will have to return to the office tomorrow, to have this rectified. They had ONE TASK TO COMPLETE, but it was too much to ask. Now I am in pain, I had my Sunday morning wasted and I'll have to do it all over again tomorrow. Why is it so hard for people to be responsible and do their job? I am majorly disappointed.
