Beware!!!! Short handed, if you don't have 4 or more hours to wait , don't do it. (regular donars) . Almost wet my pants. Waited more than 15 minutes for someone to wrap my arm up. Pee(urine) started dripping, got up shouting i told you i needed to go to the bathroom. They didn't care. The room was filled with people on the wall and beds. One (male) employee did try to get someone to assist me and finally he came back after he saw me in distress. Dererred because the needle fell out my arm. Employee witnessed the needle falling out my arm and stated it out loud. Please, new management (waited one hour and 10 minutes) in the back before donation started. Beware!! If you dare!

Same manager allow someone to go outside, smoke cigirette and come back inside to donate. Manager needs integerity and morals.
