the worst appliance repair company ever! they came out once and couldnt repair my washer... They came out again and still couldnt do it... Now they wont answer my phone calls.. I already paid them $394 + some change already.. Its been 2 month and the appliance still doesn't work!!!! ...

Excellent company and the repairman was very knowledgeable. He was timely, professional and very fair priced. At times like these, it is nice to know you have an honest repairman who is very good at what he does. He even gives tips to help with future problems...I'll definitely be using him again if I need an appliance repaired.

my refrigerator shutt down and had lots of food in it .called ocws for svc they came in couple hours and took care of the problem and iam back on line and every one in my famely is happy because the fridge is working again.great company to do with i highly recommed them
