Awful Customer Service from the President:
After spending over $2,000 on one of their bumpers, a portion of the bumper broke, damaging the bumper itself, putting two dents and several scratches on the truck, and damaging the softtop installed.
After a month of waiting for communication from OffroadLTD, I got back a borderline offensive email in which (despite testimony and pictures) the president concluded it was in no way a manufacturing defect (although that's the only realistic way it could've happened).
The sad part is all I really asked for in compensation was an alternative way to mount the jack (the jack carrier is the piece that broke), which they should've considered more than fair. Simple and cheap solution for them that could've avoided this review.
Given that this thing broke and it wasn't even during stressful offroad use, combined with the lack of customer service demonstrated by the presdient of the company, I wouldn't advise anyone to purchase from here.
