Okanogan Valley Veterinary Clinic dates back to 1947 when it was founded by Dr. M.L.Ledgerwood and was operated by him for thirty years in a very small converted house that sat in what is now the parking lot of the current clinic. In 1977 the practice was purchased by Dr. Gary Lesamiz who has served the area's veterinary needs for nearly thirty-five years.
