Reported to management about phantom water spots and puddles appearing in the home after rain for eight months.
Reported to management for eights months about the house not cooling and heating properly.
The management has never fixed anything properly. Ever.
Reported issues to City of Novi 1/9/16 because in eight months no maintenance ever addresses the phantom water puddles and wet spots around the home. An Inspector left the home and went directly after seeing home on 1/10/16
I tell her the issues with the house every time I walk in and pay rent. That's eight months of phone calls, emails and face to face request to fix the same issues.
(WOW)1/12/17 response to City of Novi visit. Old Dutch Farms: I just heard through the City that you are having concerns over heat getting to the front of your home. I know that email is how you prefer us to stay in contact, so please let me know when I can have someone come over and take a look.
Almost since day one, there has been cooling, heating and water issues. And every time they were reported to management.
The barely used microwave stopped working. Whirlpool tech said something is wrong power coming into the home. I blew the motherboard. I'm sure management was advised. Nothing was done to ensure none of our appliances blow like that microwave.
Had gaps in front and back doors from day one. They have sent numerous people out to fix them. The wall panel next the front door popped one night and broke.
Leaks in the closet with the heater and A/C unit, there were puddles in the home after every rain.
The AC ran a lot even when it is at the temperature you set it at. The Heating/AC is not shutting off when it reaches the set temperature on the thermostat.
They send contractors into your home that don't fix problems.
On 1/17/16 They sent a nice guy here. He could get a crew out here and get everything fixed. Never saw him again.
The contractor came out on 1/25/16. See images on Yelp.
