Recently had roof done and these guys do not live up to their end of the contract to complete items stated in the contract to be done. They did not prep the work site correctly as well as I sent pics to the owner stating this and he did not follow up with me on this so it is not important to them about what the customer thinks. Job was completed in 2 days and I have not received any warranty info on CertainTeed materials used or any warranties of materials.
Owner does not follow -up to well with Customers after job is complete and they received monies.
I was hoping that they would of lived up to their core values of Trust but seems to be just a Pipe Dream.
