I would strongly not recommend any of their properties. They will do whatever they can to keep your deposit. We moved out and completed their list of tasks, including hiring cleaners, wiping off the blinds, disinfecting the fridge. But they still kept our deposit saying that we had to cover the two weeks after our move-out date (that they gave us in writing) until the clients moved in. It's not worth the legal fees to sue over this amount, but just know: they are unkind to their tenants and are clearly in need of money.

We rented a house from them and the day we moved in, they were cleaning. Even after they so called cleaned it, it was still a wreck, but it was not like we could turn the moving truck back to Birmingham! It took a year to get the key for the swimming pool because they hadn't paid the HOA dues for years. When we moved out, the house was in better shape than it was when we got it. I scheduled a walk-through with Michael, but he kept delaying and delaying. Finally, he just said he would inspect the house and get back to me what needed to be done, which he said was nothing. Then, after a month and a half waiting for my deposit (first he said lightning struck their computers so they couldn't print any checks for like the first three weeks, then he said he put it in the mail, which took over another two weeks and I still didn't get.) it came back $225 light. When I asked, he said it was because there was hair in the shower of the master bath! $225 for that! lmao. Just don't use them, that is all I can say.
