Bait & switch:
Olympic Trailer did a bait and switch on me.
Said they had one product they didn't have, then told me I said something different with regards to the product and even quoted a different price all together after I drove 2 hours and $30 of gas later. Clearly BS trying to get me to their location to sell me something completely different for twice the cost.
A@!%!**s, I went across the street to trailertown and got a way better deal that same day. Be straight with people and get business or just mess with us and get none !

Foul Language & "Buy what I say or go away" Business:
Had the displeasure of dealing with "Dirk", the self proclaimed owner of Olympic Trailer in Olympia today -
We inquired on the various costs of three trailers in three different configurations as we were unsure of which trailer size or options we wanted vice the cost. "Dirk" had two of the variants on the lot and when asked the cost of ordering the third variant, became instantly outraged and said it will be too damn expensive, and began ranting about how he put other dealers out of business, has some "Special 8% "Deal" on his stock and how it would be stupid not to buy this. I again inquired on what the actual cost would be for the third variant even if we had to order it when "Dirk" backed up and stated "F*$& it" I'm not selling you a trailer, you can't listen to me about the deal I am offering you so, and I quote here "Dirks words" - "F@#$# You, I'm not selling you anything."
Such outbursts, especially in front of my wife (good thing my children had just walked away) and what makes any business person feel that they can speak to any citizen in this manner is beyond my understanding. Needless to say, this company will not be seeing any of my business nor that of my business partners. My recommendation - stay away from "Dirk" and his "Do as I say or F$&*$ it" attitude. There are numerous other trailer dealers willing to help you without the foul language, outbursts or demeaning, better than thou attitudes.
After some research tonight, I see "Dirks" deal is the same one three other dealers in the area offer -
