Founded over 25 years ago, OTL is a privately held construction management and real estate investment firm based in New York City. Founders John Carson and Angelo Cosentini began working together managing renovations of exclusive private residences and commercial spaces. As their experience broadened, they undertook more challenging property development and finance projects.

Today, OTL offers a full spectrum of construction, development and financing services. We maintain a diverse portfolio of properties in the New York Metropolitan area, while providing construction expertise and insight to our clients and partners. OTL has developed over one million square feet of residential, commercial and retail property in and around New York City.
