Very amateurish:

Incompetent. Don't waste your time. Claims my VPS order was fraud even though it was paid with my confirmed and verified business PayPal account. No phone call to verify the order, no return email verification to the PayPal account for verification. No attempt to resolve any issues with the order. No follow up at all. Very amateurish.
