too long to wait:
I had a 10:40AM appointment on a Monday morning with this office and I arrived 5 minutes early at 10:35AM. At 11:40AM I enquired as too how much longer I would have to wait. I was told I would be next. At 12:00 noon, I asked again and was told the Dr. was backed up. No kidding. So after 80 Minutes I left.
I have never waited this long to see a doctor when I had an appointment. This is possibly the most unprofessional office I have ever dealt with. Why do they feel it is OK to overbook appointments and leave patients waiting for extended periods of time. I have also filed a complaint with the better business bureau.
