Do not rent from here! At first it looks like a good place to rent from but once you’re locked in to their contract it’s a whole different story. I was charged a whole months rent for not giving a strict 10 day notice to vacate in writing. I gave my notice 9 days before vacating and was still charged. I spoke to the manager who was very unprofessional and asked me why I didn’t know how to read a contract. I was very disappointed with their service. Orangecrest self storage was the worst experience I have had. Not to mention the rat pellets on my stored furniture.
