I took my coach to be repaired on April 2 2011 the Service manager promised my repaired coach would be finished by April 22. It is now June 2 and all I get is another excuse about my insurance that approved the repair over a month ago, and parts being wrong.I am really tired of listening to there excuses. I would not ever recommend Orangewood To another living sole. This is but a brief of the saga I am going thru. So for the rest of the RVer's out there I found out that the majority of the RV resort members i live with have had similar experiences and regrets about Orangewood. I wished I spoken with my neighbors before going to Orangewood. SO DO NOT GO for service to Orangewood. Let your neighbors know, pass it on
