The Orbit Room is located at 2959 N California Ave in Chicago and has been in the business of Manufacturing - Candy Bars, Including Chocolate Covered Bars since 2007.

When to Go: Try weekends after 9pm. By then the crowd has filled out and had at least a few rounds. Otherwise it can be a little sleepy. Brunch is another good time.

What to Eat: The menu is eclectic, running from garlicky chicken to Italian panini. Brunch is big too, featuring items like biscuits and gravy and egg and veg scrambles.

Join the "biker/hipster crowd" for "stiff", "classic cocktails" (try the tiki drinks) and a "what-you'd-expect", moderately priced bar menu at this "dark", "retro" watering hole in Logan Square; though it may seem a little "small", "don't be fooled" – there's an "amazing patio" out back "for summer days."
