Fully fraudulent activity:

Charged for work they did not perform. Paid bill in full. Later charged $200 for purely fantastic never justified billing. Then they use their lawyers to garnish a teachers wages for fraudulent charges.

Stay away. Pending class action lawsuit.

I'm sure Dr Hoffman is an excellent technician - however, if you want a doctor that really acts like he cares about you as a person, go somewhere else. They actually time when you come into the facility. He spends 5 minutes with you, types on the computer, says what he thinks should be done (no input from you) and walzes out the door.
