Only place i would trust:
I'm not sure what that other man is talking about! we come here for boarding, grooming and daycare and i wouldn't trust anyone else to care for my dog! the staff is INCREDIBLY nice and responsible and the manager is very accommodating to anyone's needs. One time, my dog got very ill while staying there due to stress, and she did everything in her power to make sure he was in good hands and was taken care of so i didn't stress while i was gone. She told me i could call anytime for an update on him, which i did and every single time they knew exactly who i was and who my dog was and answered all of my questions with absolutely no fuss! You can definitely tell these people KNOW THEIR STUFF! i would recommend the orrville pet spa to all of my friends and family.. basically anyone looking for top of the line care.. ONLY GO TO THE ORRVILLE PET SPA!

Overpriced for mediocre care:
One of my pets had a problem during a recent boarding stay. Overall my experience with Orrville Pet Spa was unsettling. I paid nearly $700 for 2 pets to stay one week and I had higher expectations for their care for that price. I did get the opportunity to talk to the owner about my concerns but she was very rude and defensive. I will not go back and can not recommend this facility.

i love this place!:
i am going to have to disagree with this other person. i take my dogs there and i LOVE the place. it's so clean and they take such good care of my dogs! i just adore the place. also, with what the other person said.. they informed me that they were having a couple sick dogs. they were HONEST and mentioned all they could do is clean, clean, and clean more. i even researched and bordatella is supposed to cover what they call "kennel cough" however, it does NOT. this is in no way fault of orrville pet spa and i will continue to take my dogs there!!

Don't be deceived:
My dogs have stayed here several times. On their last stay, they both developed a strain of bordatella not covered by the vaccine ( total of 3 dogs in one week). After medical bills piled up, i nicely requested a refund or discount...haven't heard back. Be advised...bordatella is transmitted here!
