Very Disappointing:
Patrick O'Connor should address his bedside manner. I felt like I was herded in and herded out as quickly as possible. I was made to feel that my pain wasn't real since my pain didn't respond to Patrick's 60 seconds of moving my neck and pain. I was taken back when asked "what was my expectation from my visit?" Well, my expectation was to be shown some compassion, believe me when I described my pain and be provided some relief. My expectation was to have the source of my pain addressed, not just given pain killers. I would expect that professionals would feel the same. Very disappointing experience!!
