Avoid these guys. They charged my mom over $100 for two short phone calls when she was already a client. Her question? How much did she need to pay one quarter for her taxes. Why two phone calls for this question? The CPA didn't have her information so she had to find it herself and call back. I guess that's a good way to double your money: Fail to deliver information you should have, require the client to call back, and then charge them for both.

The kicker? According to their billing policy "quick telephone consults that do not require any research or that last no more than approximately five minutes" are free. Needless to say, she fired them and took her business elsewhere.
