Osteria Serafina is a project from restaurateurs Vittorio Assaf and Fabio Granato. This intimate, Roman-style trattoria serves dishes such as milk-fed veal scaloppine sautéed with mushrooms and Florio Dry Marsala, as well as house-made pastas like the inventive tagliolini al melone with cantaloupe, cream and Italian anchovies.
Everyone from "families" to "fashionistas" turns up at this "easy" Italian mini-chain that's renowned for its "super" thin-crust pizzas, backed up with "satisfying" if "basic" pastas and salads; expect a "hectic" scene and "rushed" service, but also a "good buy for your buck."
