I haven't been there in a bit as the pets for whom I was buying specialty foods have passed on, but I went here for several years. The staff are always friendly and helpful, remembered me and the needs of my pets, were good about making recommendations when I needed to try something new, etc. They always offered to carry mid-sized to heavy bags out to my vehicle as well. The only reason I won't give the 5th star is that they are pricey and I could generally find some of the same items for less money if I went out of town. Still, for a small business, they understand the meaning of customer service and how to make their customers satisfied.
