Kevin at Over the Top Roofing put on a new roof and did some siding repair work. I could not be happier. The actual price came in just under the original estimate. it was completed quickly and the crew was clean and courteous. The material was top of the line and my house now looks beautiful. BTW I received ventilation free of charge!

I had Over the Top Roofing install some ventillation vents. My house was not cooling off and the ac unit was running constantly. OTTR inspected my attic and roof and they said I needed 3-4 vents. I went with 4 of the wind turbine vents. The vents look really good and the installation is clean. It actually rained the next day and everything was dry with no leaks. When I was checking for leaks I could not help but notice the attic was about the same temperatue as outside. I was really suprised as it was an inferno before the vents. The ac unit will actually shut off now and the house is noticable cooler. I'm very satisfied with OTTR and will be recommending them to friends and family.

Working with Over the Top Roofing is among the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The owner ran the classic bait and switch on me. He quoted a price, then tried to do increase it again and again as he found "additional problems" with my roof. Giving him the benefit of the doubt the first time, I even agreed to pay $500 more than the original price.

To top it off, I now have a new roof that leaks and the owner refuses honor his own signed agreement (which includes a 5-year guarantee on workmanship) until I pay him more money...despite the fact that I have paid in full for the contracted amount.

I just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but my only goal at this point is to prevent others from having the same experience that I did. Buyer beware!
