$1400 investment?:
Less than two years after purchasing a door and opener, the opener has failed - leaving my residence unsecured. A call to the company resulted in advice to check the sensor eyes or it was probably a bad control board -- a $160 repair! That seemed high, but they did mention a new opener would be $350. I kind of feel less than two years old, residential use IS a new opener. Final words from company: "call us back if you can't get the sensors adjusted, if we're in your area we can stop by and give a look, but anything other than an adjustment is your cost, good luck." Wow... Guess I will go back to a tried and true product. Disappointed.
