Absolutely brilliant!!!:
My computer was messed up from a lighting storm. I was very concerned that all of my pictures and music files has been lost. They managed to restore it and repair my computer in a reasonable timing. They are the best and I'd recommend it to any of my friends
Tried to force repaired product on me. When I refused, did not refund money.:
PC Innovations shipped me a product that arrived broken. When I returned it for a refund, the partner there insisted on sending me the repaired product. I sent it back once more, and again asked for a refund. 3 years later, I am still waiting.
