Possibly the worst contractor you can imagine will be very quick to take your deposit and then come up with 100 reasons why he can't work, will not return calls, and will then apologize and make empty promises again. The work that was done to the ceilings is horrible! I am in the process of taking them to court because they refuse to do any more work, a contractor from hell. These guys also refuse to wear masks and hire unqualified workers day laborers from home depot! Zohiab said to hire "legal" workers would cost double the money! Afran Mahmood and Zohiab Farrukh don't care about safety or quality of work, they will lie and lie and make up excuses until you take them to court which is what i am doing now!
