Yes, they have an A rating on the Better Business Bureau website but the service or should I say lack of service was terrible. First I was told my appointment was set for Monday morning and no one showed up so I called and they said they had me in their computer for Tuesday. Tuesday morning comes and I get a call an hour and a half before someone is supposed to be at my home, and they tell me that they can't come out because I'm too far away. I was even supposed to pay $40 extra for being further out. They proceed to give me the names of two other companies. One I couldn't even find any information on the Better Business Bureau's website and the other company they suggested was still just as far away from me as they were. Very poor job in planning and trying to help out customers. You'd think someone having been in business for 60+ years would have figured out the customer service etiquette by now...unfortunately for them they have not.
