Did you ever think a company whose slogan is "expect more, we'll deliver," would leave a school in the lurch with a handicapped ramp that sits only 21 inches from a gate that must be kept closed to provide security for students. Pac Van did this. Are they anxious to fix it so someone in a wheel chair can access the trailer? No, instead they are going to sue the school for monthly fees related to this improperly installed ramp. So much for finding an agreeable solution. We tried!
