All of our cooking is from scratch. Because we cook traditional Mexican recipes, our re-fried Peruano beans and tamales con...tain lard as do the pork menu items. Both the red and green rices contain chicken stock. Black beans are completely vegetarian. Tortillas do not contain lard.
