If you’re planning to order the Paley Burger, request a seat in the bar--the gourmet burger isn’t served in the main dining room. In the cozy bar, you can also order from the full menu and sip specialty cocktails such as an Aviaton Gin gimlet or a tangy lemon drop.

The wine list at Paley’s focuses exclusively on the wine regions of Oregon, Washington and France – except on Wednesdays. On “Wine Wednesday, they serve a choice of three individually priced wine flights with a complimentary mystery wine from regions around the world.

This charming bistro serves French cuisine Pacific Northwest-style. Among the entrées are halibut poached in olive oil and a grilled Laughing Stock Farm pork chop served with polenta. A vegetarian selection is also available. There are two dining rooms and a classy bar. In warmer months there's outdoor seating on the front porch and back patio.
