Pathetic Delivery service. The owner Tony is very rude person and a big lie. We had spoken and decided on the price for delivery and installation of 2 beds we bought from a store. I had provided him all the details of the pieces to be delivered, location of rooms, provided order details(type of beds) from the shop to be picked up 5 days before delivery. But when his guys came for delivery at our doorsteps. His person had no ideas that the pieces have to be installed as Tony said just to delivery. And if we need installations its additional $ by hr. When I called Tony he started saying this is another bed bla bla bla and need to pay installation by hr :-( (Note: I had given him all the information before and he never told me it will be additional for installation on type of bed before his people came on my doorsteps) While I was talking he hung up, I called him back. His people were waiting while I was talking and they took our furniture and without telling us he took of with our furniture. Tony is not picking my calls nor message and his people took off with my furniture. We had cleared our rooms for the new furniture and had stayed home from work for this delivery.
They wasted our full day and also wasted their time.
I wish I could give zero stars as they deserve it.
