If you want to have repeat business, don't steal from your customers! Upon a personal recommendation was led to believe Jeremy was trustworthy. Jeremy quoted a turn around of a week, but took a month. During which time, Jeremy could not be reached. The jewelry was returned, yet they were in new lower gold quality settings and with different lower quality stones; completely new and different to the items sent in for repair. This is a sour lesson learned. Please, please, please save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere!
