Not only was everyone professional and courteous, they went the extra mile to ensure that our trip was well planned and all bases were covered. They informed us of the baggage information for each airline as well as customs requirements for the countries we would be in. I HIGHLY recommend Panorama to anyone who is planning a trip whether it is one state away or half way around the world! :)

In December 2012, Chris helped plan a trip for me to Iceland! She was always helpful and patient with my unending questions. She even found places that i had not heard about and made all the necessary arrangements. She found a wonderful hotel that featured nightly movies and bedtime stories in the auditorium where we showed up in our PJ's! She has also helped me plan a trip to NYC with my grandsons via Amtrak. She found a great hotel that had the best sleeping arrangements for our needs and made all the reservations for Amtrak, Broadway shows and even restaurants. Prior to that she helped with our plans for a stop-over in Prague for a couple of days on the way to Romania. As you can see she has much experience with many different parts of the world and transportation options. THANKS, CHRIS!
