Beware!:
If you leave a negative review, (like I did) on Yelp, you will get harassing messages from the owner. I received messages saying she will F*ck me up, multiple messages hoping I get my throat slashed, etc... The way this place is run, is insane. Here is my throat slash worthy review.

Let me be very clear, so that I don't have my review removed again. I was a long time CUSTOMER of Panpipes, until recently.

This is a store where I have come to purchase various items for various needs at least once a month, as far back as before Jymie and Vicky were the owners. Due to the nature of the items being purchased, certain information has to be divulged, sometimes very personal information, so they can help you obtain the results you are looking for. I've also had readings there, where again, more personal information was disclosed.

I trusted these ladies due to their credentials and knowledge. The reason for this review and why I will no longer be doing business with Panpipes is simple. The trust has been broken. I think it's only fair that other customers, be aware before they put their trust in them also.

One of the owners, Jymie, claimed to have a doctorate from Cambridge and was a war veteran. I was impressed. I felt secure in knowing this and confident that what they were providing me with was of the highest quality. Conflicting stories and conversations with other customers has lead me to believe that none of this is true.

I feel betrayed. What else have I been lied to about. Again, because they are a practicing store and creating a product specifically tailored for me, I need to trust what they are doing is accurate for the results I would like to achieve. I had noticed that no credentials were displayed, at least none that I could see, which I thought was strange because most people display theirs proudly, but it was something I didn't really think twice about. Having experienced a few incidents while waiting to be helped, I knew what would happen if you questioned what they were saying.

Before this, I could look past the rudeness, the caddiness that would occur after certain customers left the store, the owners erratic behaviour, the smell, and the multitude of animals living there. One time while shopping there, I could see into the back room, where there were multiple rabbit cages, a rolled up mattress and the bathroom was set up like a kitchen, yet had their toothbrushes. It was like they lived in the back of the store. It wasn't my place to judge and whatever was going on was none of my business, but I was concerned about the animals and hoped they were being cared for properly.

Like I said, none of this mattered to me because I felt I was getting a service that I could not get anywhere else. Unfortunately these were all red flags. I feel taken advantage of and do not want this to happen to anyone else.

Again, I have been a long time customer and have become quite familiar with the store. I have seen them bully people around in their store and I will not be bullied into taking my review down. They have sent me messages threatening to sue me, that I better watch my back because were going to find me, and have had others send me threatening messages.

If you don't want bad reviews, don't lie to your customers, show loyal customers the same loyalty and things like this won't happen. It's a shame what this store has become. If you can even call it a store.

Great Store:
I have no idea what that 17 year is on about. They have the largest formulary of oils that are all custom blended. They also have a great selection of wonderful items that are kind of local handmade stuff. Sounds like the person below might not be even a pagan.

Not that great of of an occult shop....:
Seems this store gets most of their stuff from Indio Products so check them out before purchasing the sky-rocketed mark-up! Creepy and dank, but if that is your thing- you will LOVE it.
