I agree with "what a shame" poster. We brought our young male Great Pyrenees mix to them for help with aggression issues. They advised us to yank the prong collar when he did this. The first time we followed that advice resulted in increased aggression and the dog bit my husband to release the pressure. After that, the dog would not let my husband near him without aggression. We talked to other pyrenees owners, they all said that was bad advice for a Guarding breed dog. They are warriors and should be trained with non-confrontational methods. We found another group who trained him on an electronic collar in this other method. He is doing wonderfully but still will not accept my husband. We must find him a new home-no thanks to Papp's dog services. If you have a non-guarding breed dog or puppy those people can help for cheap costs. If you have a Guarding breed dog-go someplace else for help!
