Information from the business

The Parish Cafe opened in November of 1992 with 2 convection ovens, a kitchen the size of a closet, 7 sandwiches on our menu, 10 people on our staff and beer and wine only. Boy have we come a long way since then! We now have a full liquor license (with lots of creative martinis), a patio for 30, a staff of over 50, and so many sandwiches that we had to move to a seasonal menu and a kitchen...
