DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT book with this company (I'm not sure I even want to refer to it as a company). The most UNPROFESSIONAL, UNORGANIZED, DISHONEST people I have ever dealt with. I booked with them in September and put down a $300 refundable deposit. 2 days later I cancelled (well before the October trip date I had booked it for, therefore my deposit was COMPLETELY refundable) because I had found a cheaper, more reliable company (Truffle Shuttle!).

Now, 3 months later, NO REFUND. I have been repeatedly lied to with every excuse in the book.
