Unprofessional:
I had absolutely no problems renting from these people until the very end. Their maintenance is contracted to local companies so you get fast maintenance and they foot the bill.
When we decided to not re-sign our lease they decided to do showings. They sent me a letter stating which phone number the would contact me at when they did a showing and to call them if I had a change in phone number, I didn't.
Long story short, these people called my ex-wife's phone number that she hadn't had in over a year and showed up at the apartment at 10am on a weekday (my ex-wife works nights), knocked on the bedroom door that was closed and the realtor opened the door and showed the room. After realizing someone was in bed he quickly went out, shut the door and started laughing.
After calling them furiously that they hadn't called me on the phone number that was in the letter STATING that they would call that number they tried to talk their way out of it.
We had other showing. We had cleaned the entire house and we never wear shoes in the house. I come home to dirt tracks that were dried in the kitchen and actual dirty footprints all over the living room carpet.
I don't care who these people are but it's still considered my house until my lease is up in 2 months and some common courtesy is expected. These people are unprofessional and I am less than satisfied with this company. I would never rent from them again just out of the fact that they obviously have no respect for their residents or their property.
