I would not even give these 1 star. They are completely unorganized and have no communication with their patients or eachother... the office staff is screwing up the whole place, so in turn I would blame it all on the dentist for choosing their c@!%!y staff... heres my story: I work from 9-4pm 6 days a week and go to school from 5-1030pm five days a week... sleep and spare time are very very rare fopr me.... I need a toothe pulled, so I make my appt at park west dental they schedule me for a 6am appt 2 weeks away.. im exhausted but I go because I want this tooth out!! I show up at about 545-550am and they proceed to tell me that my appt wasnt until 10am.. I was livid, why would I be here at 6am if my appt was at 10am.. the office airhead said "we called you 2 times and it got confirmed"...I busted out my phone and said show me where you called... it was not in my call history anywhere to be found... so before I threw a HUUUGE fit I said okay lets just reschedule... so we rescheduled right there that morning for an appt 2 1/2 weeks away for saturday March 5th at 130pm... today march 2nd I just got a phone call to confirm my appt for saturday 12pm... I said no my appt is at 130... she said no its scheduled for 12 unless you want something earlier.. I said I have to work from 9-1 because my appt was at 130.. she said well then you cant make your appt then, and i said yes I can make my appt because its at 130... she said no its at 12 and the dentist has to be out of here by 1... then why did you guys scedule me for a 130 if she has to be out by 1... her response "I have no idea"........... ARE YOU ******* KIDDING ME!!!!... (i did not yell at her like that)She said well then we can make it for Friday.. I said ok ya anytime friday as long as im out by 4pm.. she said ok friday the 18th it is...THE 18TH!!!! I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 2 WEEKS!!!! No way!!! just cancel any business i am EVER!!!! going to do with you guys!!........ My point being is that they refuse to take responsibility for them being soooooooooooo unorganized... everytime I spoke to them about the sheduling matters they would speak to me as if it was my fault!!! and as if they dont understand why i am soo upset... they are just completely unorganized... they have absolutely no communication skills with eachother or the patients... I hope this place screws themselves into the ground.

The Crown they made fell off after 2 months and was lost. I was told they would replace it and set up an appointment. Then I got a letter stating I was no longer wanted as a patient and my appointment was cancled. I asked to talk to the office manager that had told me that they would replace the crown but I was told that she had no say in it, that the Dentist (owner) did it. I have no choice but to file suit. Dont trust them!!!

Beware of upselling procedures.They tried to sell me stuff I didn't need. I just wanted a basic crown my insurance covered and they pressured me to get their more expensive stuff. There different people working there and the doctors are different every time too..that can't be good.
