Tips

This place is known to be a bit pricer but it's well worth the splurge. Amazing selection of high-quality meats and good banchan (my favorite part).

All the decor of down-and-dirty all-you-can-eat Korean barbecue joints with the high-end meats of their more upscale siblings.

Great Korean BBQ!:
Park's is a phenomenal Korean BBQ. I just put away two orders (marinated short rib kalbi and bulkogi) even though I thought one was enough. Park's also has the most sides of any Korean BBQ I have been to ever. It is crowded for a good reason, so either get there and be prepared to wait a little or get there early. The prices are very reasonable, but a little higher than some other nearby BBQ's, but it is definitely worth it! They have their own parking, too, so you have to drive south on Vermont if you want to go there.

Devotees "dream about the galbi" at this perpetually "packed" K-town grill known for its "premium" BBQ meats (including Wagyu) and "amazing array of banchan" offered in a "slick", "not-too-smoky" setting; yes, it's "one of the more expensive" in the genre, but consensus is it's also "one of the best."

Everyone has their favorite Korean place in LA, and this BBQ is mine. You get all the intense seasoning and searing of the most authentic Korean grills, but with a much better level of meat. The combination is pure nitro!

An Updated Guide to LA's Best Korean Restaurants:
There's a growing number of regional specialties that highlight the unique perspective of Korean cuisine in the context of this city, which has historically been the most popular landing point for immigrants from the motherland. There's even a new North Korean restaurant in the area that looks like a dedicated effort to show a mostly unexplored region. While traditional restaurants and barbecue...
