I ordered a video card for a Dell Laptop that was delivered via FedEx on time. After I opened the case of the laptop to install the card did I see the Motherboard did not have a location to install it. Then I called Parts-People only to have them tell me that there are two different flavored motherboards. One that has a plug for the video card I purchased from them and one that doesn't. Guess what, I had the one that didn't have a plug in and was thus not upgradeable. The video card I purchased would not work. I asked for an RMA number and was then told that there would be a 20% restocking fee for the return! Are you kidding. I didn't have the information they had when I purchased the card and wouldn't until after the card arrived and I opened the case. For that you're going to charge me a fee? You didn't mention even the possibility of two different Motherboards when I purchased it nor does your site. I don't do business with anyone that charges a restocking fee especially under these circumstances, nor should you. They are not the only folks selling Dell parts but they act as though they might be. Avoid unless your money means less to you than it does to me.
