Party Safari NY

I booked party safari for my kid's 4th birthday party. I received a confirmation email, picked out the animals and spoke multiple times to the company (and Courtney). Everything seemed extremely professional until I started calling a week before the party. The phone kept going to voicemail with no return call. They never ended up showing up for the event. I believe they are trying to change their website and their name now. Be careful. This vendor is not recommended.
