We hand select and cut our meats. Our pork is from the loin and butt, beef is angus, chicken is fresh never frozen. We buy local organic when possible.

We are a gourmet mobile food vendor that specializes in Schnitzel, Pulled Pork Nachos and Quesadillas, Hogcicles, Smoked Chicken, Portobello Mushrooms, Center cut pork chops, Smoked Angus Chuck and more. We make our rub, bbq sauce as well as all of our salsas, toppings, and sauces. We started locally in 2008 and went full time in 2013.
