The Worst:
Who ARE these guys kidding?
They have a nice website- check
They seem to always answer the phone- check
The office people are nice on the phone- check
The message I leave never makes it to the owner? UNcheck
The problems with our awnings are never addressed? UNcheck
It's been a few weeks and no response? un check
They don't seem to care to resolve the MAJOR issue with their workmanship THOUGH THEY'VE ALREADY BEEN PAID IN FULL UP FRONT? un check
I wish I had seen the "F" rating they got on BBB.org
Or at least seen some of all the horrible user reviews that are cluttering up my browser window when I google: "Pasadena Awning Co. reviews"
It will be interesting to see how long a city like Pasadena will put up with this type of business. Wow.
EDIT- It's now Dec 20, 2012 and the job was never properly finished. I felt bad for a long time now for leaving such a scathing review on these guys because I think people need grace to move forward. Dave the owner seemed like a nice, sincere guy but just couldn't get his business where it needs to be. Working with them caused a lot of grief and our awning is still just hanging there unfinished. But I don't care about that anymore. I just hope his business hasn't driven him batty and that they may be some sanity in their midst.
