Not Impressed.:
I would like to start off my review by saying not everything is horrible. My wife and I came in and purchased two cars from an awesome sales guy Ryan M., he was very helpful and made sure we were both understanding everything that was being said and happening. We have since had some issues with our cars and the service dept. at this location. We had worked with Gary in the service dept. and have nothing but great things to say, he was so helpful and always made us feel comfortable when there. It is unfortunate that I have to write this here so I know someone will see it, but we are having more issues then we did with our Kia. Every time one thing is fixed another is damage. My wife brough her car in to have some material around the door fixed (which ended up needing replacing) and in the process of replacing damaged door trim. We have had both of our cars a Sonic and Cruze in, time and time again for squeaky seats, starnge noises, smells, and defects, most of the issues have been resolved, unfortunatly that usually resulted in other issues poping up. I understand I'm not the only customer but I should not have to worry about my car being rushed and damaged (scratching panels on the inside, chipping paint multiple times, etc.) every time I am there. My level of disappointment is amazing, I went to Pat O'brien for the wonderful name that it stood for not this.
