I must say that Paul Davis is great with responding quickly. I had the unfortunate experience of a large water loss in my home, Paul Davis responded quickly and extracted the large amount of water that was in my home preventing further damage. They dried out my whole house within 4 days and saved my floors. I was very impressed with all their hardwork and their great employees. I would recommend them to anyone I know!

This is a "review" from a disgruntled former employee. He posted this the day he was fired from his job for non performance. Our company stands on a record of superior customer service. Over charges, Poor Management, Poor Quality of work with continued water problems in brand new kitchen they put together, guarantees work for 1 year but Supervisor does not return calls when water overflowed from dishwasher or under sink.:
Had to get insurance company involved in order for this company to respond to new water leak in a brand new kitchen that this company had put together. I am 5 1/2 months from the time we had the water damage in the kitchen from an old pipe and I still have water problems now with a new kitchen. Drainage water backs up into brand new dishwasher or it is coming out of the reverse water osmosis (drinking water). Definately overcharged for services that was not delivered. Charged 20% above what granite counter cost to manage the granite and didn't do the job. $5000 worth of granite had no plywood that sits on top of cabinet to support the 12" overhang. Trim work for the cabinet was different color. Painted only one coat of paint when paid for 2 coats. Dishwasher has overflowed 3 times since they installed it. Reverse water osmosis makes a loud dripping noise 24/7. No response from management when asked to return calls when there was active leaks in the kitchen. Insurance company had to get involved to help assist. This is an ongoing problem at this time and I had told them I want an independent plumbing company to come and assess and fix this problem which is in the works at this time. I was only able to fight for this with the help of the insurance company. I was very disappointed with the work as well with the poor management which ignored phone calls. But I guess since they have the money already it doesn't matter. They guaranteed the work for 1 year but they don't return phone calls when you have ongoing problems in a brand new kitchen that they put together. It was useless for them to guarantee their work to customers if they don't fix it. The project manager was very disorganized and was a No SHOW for cabinet remeasurement from the beginning and there was no phone calls for the missed appt. She had to ask me for my email 3 different times and 1 1/2 weeks after I picked out carpet color, she had to call me and ask me again what color carpet did I pick. Explained to her 9/2007 that I will be out of town in 10/2007 and need to pick out granite and carpet before I left. She never told me I had to manage the granite myself or pay them 20% to manage it for me till Friday afternoon via email when I was leaving town on a Monday. I had no choice but to pay the 20% above the granite cost and they still screwed up. I now have additional brackets holding up the 12" overhang and pieces of plywood cut that is placed. This is not how it's suppose to be. She also screwed up my cabinet order. I ordered 4 pullout drawers for the pantry and paid extra for the upgrades. They only delivered 1 so therefore she was only willing to refund me for 3 but turned around and asked me for more money to order the regular shelves for the pantry. She charged me for padding on the laminate floor and none was placed. There was no supervision at the job site. Did not get what I paid for. Kitchen at this time looks fine if you don't have a fine eye for details but it currently is not very functional due to the ongoing water problem. This is a brand new kitchen that they had put together. Reported them to the Better Business Bureau and was told by the BBB that this company does not want anything to do with the BBB. Will not recommend this location. The restoration part where the guys came to dry out the kitchen from the water damage was good and so was the guys that negotiated with the insurance but once it was in the hands of the project manager for putting the kitchen together that's when everything went downhill. This is a franchise so I don't recommend this location from personal experience but maybe other locations might be ok.
