We love it.:
My husband and I have lived here since they opened, which is a couple of years now. We LOVE it. Haven't had any problems which were not taken care of quickly and professionally. The people in the office are always very nice to us, they even worked with us when my husband was in the hospital and he could not get the rent in on time! We wouldnt live anywhere else.

5 out of 5:
VERY RECOMMENDED‎ - ‎
I moved in from ca in 2007 and my stay was great. the mgt was very responsive and maintenance was quick. my apartment was very nice, the property was great, and best of all they kept the riff-raff out. i know they kicked out people that my neighbors were having problems with and always kept the complex reasonable and quiet. when i moved out i thought the process was better than any i had back home in calif, heck i even got my deposit back this time! i would recommend to anyone that doesn't want to be bothered by the bullsh** they let go on at other places that my friends lived at. i dont know what the clowns in the other posts did to be so bitter, but you have to wonder.

Very bad- not recommanded:
Where do I start??? They are the worst management I have ever delt with in my life. There is absoloutly no regard for tenants. All they care about is how much money can they get out of you.

1- Fasle advertisment: They tell you that they have free internet. I had it for the first 2 weeks when I first moved in and then I stopped getting the signal. When I asked what was wrong with it, they said you can get the signal by the pool. ( basically if you want to use the internet go to the pool area)

2- Theater: the theater hours are 9-6 M thru F and 10-4 on Saturday . That's gotta be a joke. These are the hours where people go to school or work. So, I have never used it.

3- Management is nasty: the second day after I moved in, I mentioned that there were dark spots that were abviously originated in walk ways or next to sofas. When I pointed that to them, they told me that the spots/dis-coloration of the carpet were not there before i moved. I told them that I just moved in yesterday, I was told " you would be surprised what people do in 1 day".

4- All the news letters that go to all apartments are (DONT or else)
5- No matter what the circumstances are, if you decide to move out before the lease ends, you MUST PAY THE FULL LEASE AMOUNT, not a month rent, THE FULL LEASE.
6- You can not install a dish or a satellite unless someone from the management is present( good luck scheduling a cable company and the management at the same time)It took me about a month to get the dish network service into my apartment.
7- Maintinance guys are nice!
8 - the fridge does not have bottom containers. The infomred me that they were expensive and that's why they did not buy them. They told me that they would be more than happy for ME to buy them and leave for them when I move out.
9 Pool is closed most of the time. Very limited hours.
10-Parking is far from apartments.
11- BE AWARE of their lease. The nasty clauses start coming out when you move out. YOU DO NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK.

Sorry for the long comments.
Good luck to all of you

Ok:
I had an OK time there. My stuff was fixed on time, and people in the office were friendly to me, don't know what the others said to get rude service BUT...
The only complaint is that the sprinklers would wet my car, and the desert dust would leave water spots. Sigh.
