I placed an order for my dog's training class for their graduation. Michelle took my order a week in advance and said she could deliver on the weekend and would call me for my address. The graduation was on Monday night. Saturday comes around, no call-no show. However, she did say she would be in my area on Sunday at 3pm. I call Sunday morning to confirm, left a message. Again no call, no show. At the last minute I have to find someone else so the pups can get have graduation treat. Not even a courtesy call that she could not fulfill her commitment. She was posting pictures of her own 2 dogs on Facebook the same day she stood me up. Deleted my comments and STILL did not return my call. Cowardly. Unprofessional. Use someone else that is centered around customer service and actually running a functional business. This woman is full of lies and empty promises.
